Once the order is being placed We are not proving any return or refund under any circumstance.

Process for Refunds
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at care.hasti111@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.customer can return items 7 day of purchase.
Refund Processing
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- if your refund is approve it will be processed and amount will be credited within 7 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at care.hasti111@gmail.com.
